As a Federation of 25 Practices in Cannock and Surrounds, our key objective is to support General Practice by providing enhanced services closer to home.
By working together at scale, we can make a bigger difference to the health and wellbeing of our patients through collaboration and build on healthy relationships to provide the best possible out of hospital care.
Vision
Our vision is to provide the best possible care to our local population whilst attracting investments in Primary Care to help sustain our member practices.
